Investmates was a vibe-coded MVP gaining traction with a pilot community—but users dropped off because insights felt buried and the app felt clunky. The founder was ready to scale to similar networks but the current build wouldn't survive it.

We identified 3 areas of focus

Starting with a design system to "Grow"

Our design system was functionally built on the "Grow" metaphor to help scale the product from a vibe-coded prototype to a serious investment tool. Design principles included patient interactions, organic motion, and clarity over decoration.
