As the Lead NL Designer I helped advance Amazon Lex's Language capabilities by formulating Conversational Design Principles and working with the Applied Science team to bring Context Carryover, Anaphora Resolution, Enhancing Reprompting and Intent Classification Prompting etc.

Early Ideation - Ad Ingresses

I helped iterate ad ingresses for Brand new concepts like featured Home and Food Zones which was presented in 2024 Upfronts, which included Spotlight ads, Home-Screen Banner Ads and Home-Food Zones Landing Pages

Pioneer Square Labs:

Pioneer Square Labs is a startup studio based out of Seattle. Their model is unique in the sense that they invest, incubate and launch/kill the startups they take on. This means they put together a transitional founding team that helps founders go through the validation phase fast. I acted as the Founding Fractional Desiger where helped founders imagine the early version of products for 6 months.
